Coming In For A Visit?

To ensure that you have the most enjoyable and relaxing spa experience at Zion Spa, we've prepared some helpful tips below:

Prior To Service

Please arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in with our front-end staff and to complete any necessary client information forms. Note that your arrival time will dictate the length of your service. You will be accompanied to the treatment room with your therapist/technician and provided with necessary apparel for your service. You will also be asked a few questions, once arrived in the treatment room, to better and individualize each experience suitable to the client's needs.

Please inform the therapist of any changes to your health history.

During And After Treatment

Your therapist will be mindful and keep your body draped during massage treatments, and will only expose the area that they will be working on. We ask that you remove all jewelry beforehand and keep it in a safe place. You may request to receive a wrap or robe if you intend to use the shower facility after your massage therapy treatment.

Etiquette

As a courtesy to other spa patrons and technicians, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or there will be a $10 charge. If appointment is missed with no notification, you will be charged $10. We also ask that you put your cell phones on silent during your stay. We highly recommend making an appointment a week or two in advance to make sure you receive the date and time you desire. However, we do encourage you to call us even to the last minute as we will try our best to accommodate you.

Feedback

We ask that you give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and specific trouble areas. Although our policy is to maintain silence during many of our treatments, feel free to talk during your service or just relax.
